  • Susan Salka
    President, Chief Executive Officer and Director, AMN Healthcare

    Susan Salka is chief executive officer, president, and a director of AMN Healthcare Services, Inc., the largest temporary healthcare staffing company in the country. Ms. Salka is an active industry and company spokesperson with the financial analyst and investment community, and has been one of the driving forces behind the company’s major strategic and operational initiatives. Before becoming chief executive officer and president, she served in several other executive management positions at AMN Healthcare, including chief operating officer, chief financial officer, and senior vice president of Business Development.  Ms. Salka also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Beckman Coulter, the University of California San Diego Sulpizio Family Cardiovascular Center and San Diego State University College of Business Administration. She earned an MBA from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Art in Economics and Accounting from Chadron State College.
  • Ralph Henderson
    President, Nurse Staffing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing

    Ralph Henderson joined AMN Healthcare in September 2007 and is responsible for leading the sales and operations of AMN's nurse and pharmacy staffing divisions, as well as their RPO business. Mr. Henderson brings to AMN a highly successful background in recruitment, operations management, marketing and business development. Prior to AMN he ran North American operations for Spherion, one of the largest staffing and recruitment providers. Prior to that, Mr. Henderson was with American Express for nine years where in his last role he was vice president of sales and account management in the Travel Management Services Division. Mr. Henderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University.
  • Dr. Marcia Faller
    Chief Clinical Officer

    Marcia Faller, RN, MSN, Ph.D., joined AMN Healthcare in 1989. Currently, Dr. Faller serves as the Company's Chief Clinical Officer. In this role, which she has held since 2004, Dr. Faller is responsible for the clinical quality, competency and continuing education of all healthcare providers represented by the company. Between 1989 and 2004, as Senior Vice President and Vice President, Dr. Faller was responsible for human resources and information technology, as well as the sales and service divisions. Prior to joining AMN, Dr. Faller was in management and staff positions in nurse recruitment operations for Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego. Her clinical background is in critical care nursing both at Sharp Memorial and University Medical Center in Tucson, AZ. She earned a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Arizona, a master of science in nursing from the University of San Diego, and also earned her doctoral degree in nursing from the University of San Diego.
  • Kurt Mosley
    Vice President, Business Development, Merritt Hawkins & Associates, Staff Care and Med Travelers, companies of AMN Healthcare

    Kurt Mosley is the senior vice president of business development for Merritt Hawkins & Associates, an AMN Healthcare company. Mr. Mosley is nationally recognized as a leading authority on a wide range of medical staffing issues and trends, including healthcare professional supply and demand, physician-hospital relations, compensation, compliance and related matters. Mr. Mosley is one of the most published and frequently cited experts on these topics in the country. He has written about healthcare staffing issues for publications such as Trustee Magazine and has been cited in dozens of periodicals include the U.S. News & World Report, Modern Healthcare, Hospitals & Health Networks, USA Today and is a regular columnist for RecruitingTrends.com. In addition, Mr. Mosley is a supporting member of The Council on Physician and Nurse Supply and also served as a contributing editor to the book Will the Last Physician in America Please Turn Off the Lights? A Look at America’s Looming Doctor Shortage. Mr. Mosley has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.
  • Kim Windsor
    Vice President, Clinical Services, AMN Healthcare

    Kim Windsor is the vice president of Clinical Services for AMN Healthcare. In her role, Ms. Windsor has become a thought leader in quality management and professional education programs. Prior to joining the company in January 2005, she consulted for human resource IT implementations and nursing business process re-engineering companies. Ms. Windsor’s experience includes more than 26 years in hospital management, including positions of vice president of nursing and vice president of human resources. Her education includes a DHA from University of Phoenix, MBA from Penn State University and MSN from Edinboro University. Ms. Windsor is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, is a certified nursing administrator, holds the credential of SPHR and is legal nurse consultant.
